Are the surgical guides from Anatomage as accurate as Simplant? What is the most accurate surgical guide manufacturer out there?

I have used NobelGuide and Simplant in the past and found them to be very accurate. For the last 8 years, I have used exclusively SICAT guides using the planning software in my Galileos CBCT scanner. The SICAT guides have been shown to be accurate to 500 microns at the crest and apex and up to 1 degree in angulation. The studies I have seen for Simplant are very similar. I really don’t have any experience with Anatomage, and have not seen any studies with their guides.

Most studies show that fully-guided implant surgery is at least 3x more accurate than freehand placement or using a pilot drill guide.
